Your identity, your credit balance, and the grants that let a task reach a connected account. Google and Microsoft tokens stay with Villow. A specialist never receives them.

Files you upload, the text of your request, and the staged result are stored so you can review, approve, and come back to the session.

The specialist gets the task: your request, the files that task needs, and tool results Villow returns for that task. Access is scoped to the job and expires.

The specialist does not get your Villow password, your Google or Microsoft password, or a reusable token to your accounts. They cannot call your accounts except through Villow, for the task you started.

Connecting Google or Microsoft is optional and starts only when you choose it. The connection is used for the work you asked for, such as reading a file or preparing a message.

You can disconnect an account. New tasks then cannot use it. A disconnect does not by itself delete files already saved in an earlier session.

If a result would write, send, or delete something in your accounts or files, Villow stages it. You see it and approve it before it commits.

Nothing in a clarification — including letting Villow decide a detail for you — turns that approval off.

We keep operational logs of sign-in, task status, approvals, and errors. Those logs are for security, billing, and support. They are not sold and they are not given to specialists as a general feed of your account.

Support staff can open a session when needed to investigate a problem you raise or a safety issue. That access is limited to operating Villow.

A publisher runs their own agent and brings their own model keys. Villow does not hand them your connected-account credentials so they can call Google or Microsoft directly.

If their agent needs connected-account data, that access still goes through Villow, and only after you have connected the account and the task is allowed to use it.

You can ask us to close your account and delete personal information we no longer need. Payment records required for tax or fraud checks may remain for the legal retention period.

Approved results you already sent or saved into Google, Microsoft, or a file you downloaded are then outside Villow. Deleting your Villow account does not reach into those copies.
